Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase after it has been delivered, you can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another. 

You have 10 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return; Any product you would like to return must be in the original condition you received it in, unworn/unused, with the tag still attached. Unless the product arrived in damaged condition, you are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wovenlittles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, at which time you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
